The Linier Suspension Light’s originality comes from its serious, rounded lines. The design is rooted in the search for simple concepts enveloped by state-of-the-art materials. A rectangular luminaire with rounded borders whose simple design and strong personality make it stand out. The shade is made of rigid polyurethane foam and has a Perspex diffuser at the bottom. One of the suspension’s most interesting features is where the joint cable and lamp meet. The designers wanted to emphasize this detail by making it a sign of identity, "as though someone had tugged on the lamp until the electric cable had been pulled from it, deforming the body." This detail is clearly functional and resolves the problem of the cable outlet so users can position the ceiling canopy at will, regardless of the location of the lamp. Linier is height-adjustable. It can be used on sloped ceilings and allows installation when junction box is off center.
